Photo of the Week - Panoramic Shore

Shot this on Tuesday afternoon along the Hudson river

On an unusually cold April day I decided to go for a walk. It'd been a while since I'd visited my old friend, the Little Red Lighthouse I ended down to the river, not deterred by the steep hills I'd have to climb to get back home.

I took a lot photos on my walk because of the scenery and to share with a friend who hadn't been to that part of the city yet; I knew he'd enjoy it. I had more fun with my new Samsung phone and took this panorama shot of the Hudson River, lower Manhattan in the distance and the New Jersey skyline.

You'd never know from the beautiful blue sky that the wind chill factor that day was in the 20's. Beautiful nonetheless.
